Return Requirements

• All returns must be shipped using a valid tracking number. Please keep your tracking information until your return has been received and processed.
• Items should be returned in their original condition.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns. Because custom items are made specifically to your specifications, we cannot accept them back for a refund.

Return Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
